The Inspiration
Minnie Cakes was founded by Kristin Hibler in 2001. With a life-long passion for baking, Kristin decided it was time to use her baking talents to create "masterpieces" for more that just her family! With a background in Interior Design (Kristin owned and operated a multi-million dollar Interior Design company for over 20 years with 50 employees) she decided to take her creative eye and use it to design amazing cakes that are truly a work of art! From small intimate 4 people parties to weddings for over 300 people, there is no occasion that doesn't have that personalized touch!
